Yep definitely good with me.

The author was working of a rough structure that's in the readme, and I think a C-based document somewhere that he was basing some of the writeup on (from hazy, hazy memory)? It might be worth digging some of that stuff up so potential contributors can use it also.

I still really like the idea of this book and loved what was there.
