Go to definition reports bogus duplicate definitions

After the latest update, when pressing F12
to jump to a method/function definition the Find References
window pops up and shows the same method definition twice even though it points to the same file and line.

nvm, this is caused by the v1 extension seems like.
I disabled it and the problem went away.
