Use browserlist query for prefixing

Is this possible to do? Or could it be added? I have been using babel-preset-env and it lets us define a query for the browsers we wish to support and it'd be awesome if our CSS could be prefixed to the same level so I don't get prefixes on things that don't need to be prefixed.
