Extension does not work anymore when reinstalled

- Thunderbird version: 115.4.1 (64-bit)
- Thunderbird Conversation version: 4.1.5
- Operating System: Kubuntu Linux 22.04
What did you do?
I removed the extension and reinstalled it later again.
What did you expect to happen?
The extension working properly and showing conversation threads that include my own (sent) messages.
What actually happened?
Thunderbird switches to threaded mode, but my own (sent) messages do not show up. And I notice that the first run page (the one with the ...working spinner) is not showing up. So it looks to me as a reinstall is not triggering the indexing etc. required to show the sent messages.

Apologies, I opened this by accident - please delete... I am closing this issue because the sent messages are there, but only inside the message window.
