GLPI 10 Timer Start Button is not displayed

Hi i have a problem, despite Actual Time being setup as you can see in screenshots, despite the task being saved, being pending and me being the assigned technician the button is still missing.

Hi,
ActualTime is a ticket TASK tracker. There is no task in your ticket, so there is no timer.
Create a task and you will see it.
