I have searched and made sure there are no existing issues for the issue I am filing

Description

We are unable to install your SDK dependency in CICD and local, Can you please take a look

I tried this command, this in not working.
install titanium SDK install 12.1.2.GA --force

Actual behavior

install titanium SDK install 12.1.2.GA --force run this command then install dependency in application

Gah, sorry! We ran updates the other day and https://downloads.titaniumsdk.com/ didn't come back up. Sigh.

I restarted the containers and you should be good to go.

@cb1kenobi Can verify sdk install is working again, however https://titaniumsdk.com/ has now gone done.
