Vignettes use different ggplot themes

The Getting Started vignette invisible uses theme_set() to use theme_minimal() in all the autoplot() blocks that follow. The Buffering vignette does not.

  1. Should these vignettes both use theme_minimal()?
  2. Should we make the chunk where we set the theme visible?
