Give the datasets identification name

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Now, dataset items are given created file name as the name.
However, it will always be "rosbag.bag", it cannot identify the datasets.

Describe the solution you'd like
We add UI and config.

• Show dataset name input UI when raw extract start
• Add dataset name on config to extractor
• Show the written name on dataset table
