This is the maximum parcel size threshold. It is measured in acres.
The purpose of this field if to set the upper threshold for parcel polygon area. An additional, optional indicator (FILTER_OVERSIZED_PARCELS) can also be used to filter out large parcels that are less than the threshold set by SUIT_PARCEL_AREA .
