Try to infer the screen names of DM users

If you've interacted with the user you've DMed in another way, such as them replying to a tweet of yours, then it's possible to cross-reference that information to figure out what their screen name is. This is kind of a ridiculous hack to have to do, but it will improve the UX for browsing DMs in offline mode.
