"Failed to evaluate the Sparo profile's project selectors" without any error output

Current Behavior

When rush failed, there will be no output if stderr is empty.

Expected Behavior

Error message should be logged into file or terminal for better debugging experience.

(I've added two console.logs in code above to get error message.
