Goal: Setup a survey for users to respond to, to determine who is using Tilemill and how they use it. This will help determine where to focus efforts to update Tilemill
Open to suggestions on questions. I'll update the list below based upon feedback in Comments.

- Frustrates me, I don't really understand how to set it up or use it.
- Good for occasional use, but rather limited, needs more features
- Enjoy using it, it does what I need it to do
- Core mapping tool for what I do, and I have no plans to stop using it

I am finally to coming to place where I could put the survey like the one above together. Would Google forms be an acceptable format?
In addition, I think I could get the form distributed among the OSGeo community. I am most certain I could get it in front of OSGeo Oceania members, but could probably use help n getting it a wider audience.
