Add Chromecast icon for Things dashboard

Not sure if there's even an API endpoint for this yet, but it would be nice for Chromecast devices to show up with the characteristic icon (outlined/filled depending on state) instead of the default on/off icon in the Things dashboard without having to upload a custom icon.

Sadly that's not something an adapter (or webthing) can do. Presentation is entirely decided by the gateway.
