Does not retile windows after a restart

It doesn't crash with 3.25.92--but it doesn't seem very good at tiling windows...

Actually, nvm--the version I have ("23" according to metadata.json) will not re-tile windows after a restart. It will however pick them up after I move them up/down a desktop. (but not with untile/retile)
