  • Slots used in the VectorProvider should be reused (ExecDropSingleTupleTableSlot and table_slot_create
    show up in flamegraph)
  • The VectorProvide distance state should probably cache the vector in get_slice() (get_detoast_datum prominent in get_slice() flame)
