Back/forward/URL toolbar

It would be really helpful if there was a toolbar with a back/forward button and a text field to change the displayed URL as well. This would help make the embedded iframe easier to work with for web development, for example. In addition, it might be helpful to automatically open local HTML files in the iframe viewer instead of the standard viewer.

@timkpaine Also is there a CORS/iframe bypass proxy on the server extension side?
