Building sometimes has issues with C include file paths

Currently there are hard coded C header file paths in CGo comment parts of linux.go and windows.go.
Need to see if having a makefile or build script is worth it, otherwise just document the expected paths.

I have a change coming that a has a shell script to build/install.
