Feature: Option to hide unstarted jobs

We have a lot of jobs here (up to 14) for testing machines, etc. and we never use all of them in a pipeline. The overview would be more clearly, if it is possible to hide unstarted jobs of a pipeline, e.g. with a directive showUnstartedJobs.
