Galaxy Buds 2 Pro Hong Kong can't connect

I recently bought Smsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro from Hong Kong ( so the official app doesn't work in other countries ).
I tried to connect to this app and it didn't worked.

I got this ( the buds are connected to the PC and they are not discharged ).

Desktop :

  • Windows 10 Professionnal build 19045.2251 , Language : French
  • Application version: 4.1.5.0

Apparently the SPP service hasn't been discovered, but can it be solved ?
Does it only means that this app cannot work with the Hong Kong version of the buds ?

Those are not genuine Samsung earbuds. Their device name is 'Galaxy Buds2 pro' but it should be something like 'Galaxy Buds2 Pro (416a)' or 'YourName's Buds2 Pro'
