Rename `BaseboardManagement` type to `Machine`

While we have a focus on BMC today, there are independent requests for Rufio to support other APIs such as virtual machines. Given BaseboardManagement is a hard to pin down name, we want to rename the type to Machine to be slightly more generalized.
