Documentation: Change toolbar layout without removing and reinitialization of editor is not documented

I don't find any documentation about how to change the toolbar layout at runtime without calling editor.remove() and editor.init()

later has the disadvantage that the whole page scrolls while the editor compoenent is removed/added
