Figured out I should let you know. It may be an individual issue though.

It was an issue earlier, but it should have been fixed.
Edit: Just checked with my profile and it works. There are also a lot of tweets by others. But you can try filing an issue:
- Go to https://help.twitter.com/forms/spam
- Click
I can't Tweet a link because Twitter thinks it's spam. - Fill in
