Office 365 SMTP no auth

Struggling to get this working, utilising the following settings:
SMTP Server: MAILSERVER.mail.protection.outlook.com
Port: 25
Username: email@email.com
Password: (not necessary - but have tried it entered)
Encryption: TLS
I get:
Send error. Connection could not be established with host MAILSERVER.mail.protection.outlook.com [Operation timed out #110]. Message-ID: notify-14-14-1702035257@email.com
