Shortened Clip URL is not working

When adding https://clips.twitch.tv/RefinedAgitatedLemurTooSpicy-_FW88HzZ-bUeAQyg to the clip list, it gets shortened to https://clips.twitch.tv/RefinedAgitatedLemurTooSpicy. I'm not sure if it is a new (Twitch) feature, but everything at the hyphen is necessary for twitch to find the clip.
Not sure what is going on.
