Tour Manager: Home Screen - Active Tours

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. In the Home screen user should be able to see list of Active Tours below the section of incoming tours
  2. The list should include the list of all the tours where the current date is between start and end date of the tour
  3. The tour name should be shown as a link on the screen
  4. When clicking on the tour name, it should navigate to the corresponding tour screen
