Add 10.8 notification center support

terminal-notifier seems to be good shit. Also, unlike growlnotify, its binary isn't in $PATH, rather than in '/Applications/terminal-notifier.app/Contents/MacOS/terminal-notifier', because the application is signed. I don't think there will be much better alternatives that'll allow to put signed bins in $PATH.
