No mime-type for Opus audio

Opus files using the .opus extension should have audio/ogg; codecs=opus as mime-type.

gotta add it to the mime module

alternatively we could add a flag to load more from a file, that might be nice as well

it's just "mime" in npm, I can't remember the repo
