Please upgrade react & react-dom to latest version, 17.0.2

I am currently blocked from upgrading to the latest version of Next.js because it relies on at least react 17. It would be great if you could update react & react-dom to the latest version, 17.0.2. I tried to put up a PR myself, but got permission denied when trying to push the changes.
