This will likely annoy 12.37% of current users, but since I don't have any Android 4.4 devices to test on...

Since v2.0.0 is unlikely to arrive before 2017, and there still will be v1.7.5 available for Android 4.4 users, this will hopefully not be that much of an issue...

FYI: Android 4.4 installs dropped to <10% as of February 2017.

Cordova Android was update to version 9.0.0 for Mopidy Mobile v1.10.0, so the minimum supported Android version is 5.1.
