FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'data/ind.cora.x'
Showing this error on my colab notebook.

use full path instead , like C:/Users/bigsy/Desktop/Graph_GCN_7.14/data/cora/
but 'data/ind.cora.x' works with VSCode
