Add support for new HVSC Songlength format

Steps for Reproduction:

  1. Import HVSC (Currently Version 72)
  2. Navigate to /MUSICIANS/T/Tel_Jeroen/
  3. The Length/Time column in the browser should show timestamps, e.g.:
    • 0:17 for Turrican_intro_speech.sid
    • 7:55 for Turbo_Outrun.sid

Description:
HVSC switched the format of their Songlength Database starting with Version 68.

If HVSC Version ≥71 is used, SIDPLAY won't show song length information at all anymore. (Since the old file format isn't distributed anymore.

As far a i can tell this didn't caused any crashed yet, feel free to comment if this does.
