the genotype can have 0,1 and 2 values?

Hi,
I see that in your test data only have 0 and 1 data. But for instance, for
SNPs, you can have three genotype, this could be used as well just including
0,1, and 2 as the three possible genotypes?

Hi Lorena,
Sure, genotype values can be 0,1, 2. In fact, kruX will work with *any* number
of class values (e.g. genotypes with more than 3 alleles or more generally any
type of data that can be divided in a finite number of discrete values).
