Compare values of names / occs and variants not case insensitive

"Moppelkotze" is not the same as "moppelkotze", therefore all values should be 
compared case sensitive.

The occurrence "Moppelkotze" should not be treated as duplicate of 
"moppelkotze", same with names and variants
