Sterling saving theme setttings between different runs

I often change theme settings for runs to make the visualizations easier to understand (e.g. making something display as an attribute, changing the color, etc.) It would be great if these settings could be saved when clicking the Next button or even between runs so I don't have to change it every time!

This issue is also related to preserving the location of notes between "Next" invocations. Graph src preserved locations, but srcnew does not.
