How to change the position of counter and add custom button.

Thanks for the amazing package. It is really help for our application.
I have some question about the counter and custom buttons.

Is there any way to add custom button inside the footer other than previous, next, done and close.

Is there is any way to change the position of counter. I need to show the counter after the DONE or NEXT button. I need to add a SAVE button, which update the contents into a table. For that, I have created a custom content template which have an input field. Using the SAVE button, the content should stored in the table.

Is there any way to change the title and description of a step.
