Benchmarks

We have a 10k page scale test that I run occasionally (on netlify CI). It has built the site in as little as 40s on netlify (and as little as 18s on my laptop), but as benchmarks go it isn't terribly useful unless other people can run it and we track it in tests.

To this purpose, we should have benchmarks that live... somewhere... and are automatically run/posted.
