Use 'buildTableCheckBoxHTMLString' & 'createResourceCheckedListForConcept' methods to create the pre-checked boxes

Had to modify ID's for Cs1ExampleLearningMaterial.json so that the Cs1ResourceRecords ID's would match. An alternative would be to create new LearningMaterial examples that uses a different course example (not Cs1Example).
