[18India] Enhancement Request, Show Shares in Draft Pool

It would be nice if in what I call the "charter view" (BNR & BR charter views shown below) there was a line for shares in the "draft pool."

Currently, shares that are in the draft pool are shown in the charter view as in player hands which will be true After the draft is over, but during the draft players have to switch tabs (Game to Entities) to get the information to do the math to calculate how many shares of which companies are actually in player hands.

At the start all companies (except GIPR) would have 2 shares in the draft pool, and only after ALL players select their starting hand of shares would the cards players didn't select be reported as in the draft pool.

So at the beginning of the Draft Round, in game171946: https://18xx.games/game/171946 there are 5 shares of BNR, the director's certificate and three ordinary certificates, available for drafting. So the BNR charter view would show:

IPO Pool 2 Shares at ₹82 each
Player Hands R 3 Shares at ₹82 each
Draft Pool 5 Shares

The BR charter view would show:

IPO Pool 4 Shares at ₹71 each
Player Hands R 3 Shares at ₹71 each
Draft Pool 3 Shares
