The branding of todc-bootstrap should be more unique.

Here is an initial design for the touch and favicon.

Looks good to me, @acmetech.

I made you a collaborator on the repo. Given your continued contributions and my lack of time recently, it made sense to eliminate a bottleneck. Feel free to merge in your pull requests when ready.
