Add Toolbars and styles like google docs

It would be nice to get a toolbar like the Google Docs.

@todc, any thoughts? The Overview does say "Google UI seen in Gmail, Docs, Calendar, etc,"

The project's goal isn't UI parity with Google Apps -- it's feature parity with Bootstrap, themed with Google's UI in mind.

I see the appeal of supporting these kinds of UI elements, but IMHO it would be better off in a separate project whose goal is to mimic Google's UI outside the confines of Bootstrap.

Ok, thanks for reply, I should use then my browser inspector to get some style for my next app.
