@todc what do you think about updating The Getting Started and Examples sections
to reflect TODC Bootstrap. The home page for the documentation should also be tweaked.

@todc, I've included some todc specifics on the home page. I've also started on the Getting Started page by including some warnings in the Download and What's next? sections. I've also included download links to both Bootstrap and TODC Bootstrap where appropriate.

I've made these changes in my 3.0.0-upgrade branch. They can be viewed here, http://acmetech.github.com/todc-bootstrap-3/. If you are okay with these changes, I will backport them to the master branch.

I agree the docs need to be updated to reflect the difference in packaging between Twitter Bootstrap and our google theme. Your changes look good to backport. Thanks.

I had started updating the examples but only got as far as the Sign in example. Got sidetracked after that. I'll try and finish the others for v3.
