The todc-boostrap 3 is dead :

@barbuslex, did you get that link from http://acmetech.github.io/todc-bootstrap-3/? As the repo says, "This is a work in process." I still have a few things to finish before the site is fully functional. If you're interested in the latest css, https://raw.github.com/acmetech/todc-bootstrap/3.0.0-upgrade/dist/css/todc-bootstrap.css
