Bitstream will not open on Hive OS for C1100

Hi, I have keep geeting this error
I don't know why the bitstream is not downloading to my new C1100. Running TRM 10.9 and using these config arguments
--fpga_update_fw
--hardware=fpga
--debug
--fpga_clk_core=570
--fpga_vcc_int=600
--fpga_vcc_bram=800
