Wrong symbols appear in the Code Block for Russian keyboard layout

What happened?
In the Code Block keys with Russian letters "х" and "э" creates [ and ' respectively instead. These symbols are located at the same keys on keyboard in Russian and English default layouts.
The problem doesn't appear when using Shift button, it just gives you capitalized letters "Х" and "Э" as it should
