No old version displayed in `jag setup --check`

I tried jag setup --check and got the following error:
Error: SDK in '/home/lau/.cache/jaguar/sdk' is version , but Jaguar v0.5.0 needs version v0.12.0.
Run 'jag setup' to fix this.```
This is helpful, but the old version is blank.
