Proposal
`sync_wrapper' version 1.0.0 was just released.
It contains changes from ver0.1.1 to ver0.1.2. The change is to add a feature flag about futures-core.
It is no breaking change if it is not add to futures-core feature.
It contains no changes from ver0.1.2 to ver1.0.0.
This is no breaking change.
