Edit the .wld file along side with the .cha

The current implementation of the editor can only edit flags and quests in the .cha files, but not in the .wld files.
This leads to inconsistency between these two file and to unforeseen consequences.
For now it looks like that its not an issue, but to be able to effectively change flags and quests, we have to edit the .wld files along with the .cha files
