App not working i.e., not showing break notfications

Recently downloaded the app.
Set the settings as per my preferences.
As per the above, every 20 mins, the notification for a break should come. However, no notification is coming.
Tried keeping the app open all the time (though ideally it should work in the background even if closed) but it didn't help.

Please help resolve.

Can you send screenshots of your settings - both the "Break Settings" tab and the "Working Hours" tab? Then also a screenshot of the state of the system tray, showing both the time and the app menu, e.g.:
