[Feature] Stacks status support

Not a problem, just a feature request.

Describe the solution you'd like

As I work a lot of stacks (docker compose) I want to keep an eye of the stacks. So, if one of my containers of a stack fails I want to know if the stack is still ip.

Describe alternatives you've considered

It's possible to create a script that keeps an eye if all containers are on 'running' or 'exited', but this is much labor work as I run multiple composes on the same machine (and keep an eye of multiple machines, hence portainer :-))
