Make the http server report the kernel-debug metrics

#524 added a way to gather metrics. It would be great if the HTTP server example program reported these metrics, and maybe we can even plug Grafana to the kernel.
Unfortunately one has to configure QEmu (or other emulator) to let the host connected to the guest, which makes using this non-straight-forward.
